What makes SG Pet Taxi different from other taxi services?

Safety, Reliability and Courteous service are the extras you’ll receive when ride with SG Pet Taxi.Any other taxis can get you from point A to point B, but it is our professionalism, care and attention to you and your pet’s every need to differentiate us from any other taxi providers. We make every effort to accommodate any special request you may need to make your pet’s trip a safe, comfortable and worry-free experience.

How do I make an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at +65 9766 6765. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp/SMS.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
We recommend that you make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you take last minute appointment request?
Yes. However, it is subject to availability slots.

Are pet owners allowed to ride with their pets on trips?

Yes. Owners are always welcomed to ride with their pets.  

What is considered a roundtrip?

A round trip is service that is continuous, meaning that the driver will wait throughout your pets appointment and will provide the return trip home immediately after. Please note: If your pet’s appointment requires a longer stay, you may want to consider scheduling two (2) individual one-way trips.

What are your rates?  

Our rates vary from $100 per trip, other factors that are taken into account.

Do you provide assistance with getting my pets to the vet/dog walks?

Yes. This is one of the main benefits of using our service and that separates us from a regular taxi service. Our driver can assist you with getting your pet into their carrier, carrying your dog down, or assisting you in other ways that makes your trip to your destination easier on you.

What are your business hours?
We operate 24 hours day, 7 days a week.

Do your provide transport service for pets that passed away at home?

Our deceased pet transport service can provide you with a compassionate and dignified way of getting your pet to their final resting place. We will transport your pet to your regular vet hospital, nearest animal emergency clinic or directly to one of the pet cemeteries/crematories.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, paynow/paylah or POSB Funds Transfer

 
Do you provide Airport Pet Taxi services?

There’s are two types of Airport Pet Taxi services. Airport Terminal Service and Airport Cargo.

 

What is the difference between Airport Terminal Service and Airport Cargo?

Airport Terminal Service: You and your pet will be taken or picked up at the Changi Airport Terminal Departure/Arrival curbside area of the airport. We will need your flight information to schedule your appointment.

Airport Cargo Service:  Our driver will personally send/pick you and your pet to Changi Animal and Plant Quarantine Station located within Changi Airport Cargo. We provide comfort stops for your and your pets from point to point transport within the cargo area. We will need your import/export permit documents for us to obtain permission to the cargo area.
